Qualtex Launches 24 Hour Technical Support Partnership with Solvport - 4/26/2006
CHICAGO (April 26, 2006) –
Qualtex Corporation, manufacturer of the WeatherMaster ATM and nationwide ATM hardware and processing provider will now be offering free telephonic technical support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Qualtex will continue to provide in house technical assistance during its normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. After hours calls will be routed to Solvport’s technical support specialists.

This partnership will be an added benefit to all customers of Qualtex,” said Isaac Wechter, Manager of Business Development. “Qualtex has established a reputation as being a customer focused organization and this partnership further illustrates our commitment to providing industry leading uptime and support for our ATM customers.”
Wayne Vanderkraak, President of Solvport, agrees that the partnership will benefit both companies’ clients.
